Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or a video showing the problem
• Photos of the packaging if it was damaged
• A short description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions if a return is required.

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item for another reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in good condition.
• The item should be in its original packaging when applicable.
• The item must be in a condition that allows it to be resold.
• You must contact us before sending the item back.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because our products may be shipped internationally, approved returns may need to be sent to a designated return facility. We will provide the return address and instructions if your return is approved.

REFUNDS

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

IMPORTANT

Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send products to the address on the package or to any other address unless we specifically provide you with return instructions.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
